How do I open my paystub?
Your paystub password is the first 4 letters of your last name followed by the last 4 digits of your SSN.

How do I get my paystub? 
Current paystubs are emailed to you by an employee of Red Apple Finance.  If you have not received your paystub via email (check all your email accounts), contact Debbie to have your email changed to your school email.  Past paystubs received through APlus are still accessible by logging into APlus.   If you have never logged into APlus, click "register".  If you have before, but can't now, click "forgot my password".  If neither of these options work, email wbundy@aplusbenefits.com.


I keep getting charged for something that should have gone out once, how can I make it stop?
First, make sure it is in the current column. Whenever something is taken from your paycheck, it will appear in the YTD (Year To Date) column for the remainder of the year. If the amount is in the YTD column, and not the current column, you are not being charged repeatedly.
